AIMYM and Health Saathi do not endorse, warrant or guarantee the medical advice, treatment, or pricing provided by any of these entities.
Beneficiaries are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, verify credentials, and consult with licensed medical professionals before using any services offered through Onboarded Entities.
4. Emergency Situations
Health Saathi is not an emergency or urgent care platform. In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital immediately without relying on the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
AIMYM and Health Saathi:
Shall not be held liable whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise for any medical outcomes, service delays/unavailability, miscommunication, or errors by Onboarded Entities, or data inaccuracies, technical issues, or any or financial loss arising from the use of this platform
Shall not assume responsibility for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, or any punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or related to reliance on the information provided.
Beneficiaries agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIMYM, Health Saathi, its trustees, office bearers, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising directly or indirectly from use of the platform or third-party services.
6. User Responsibility
By accessing or using the Health Saathi Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for the health-related decisions you make.
You understand the role of Health Saathi as a facilitator, not a healthcare provider.
You irrevocably release, discharge, and waive all claims against AIMYM and its affiliates/office bearers/members from any legal or tortious or medical liability or financial consequences related to your use of the platform.
